Jason “JP” Parsons | Architect of the Capital Stack
In this game, you don’t find a way—you make one.
They say you don’t own anything unless you’re willing to fight for it. After 25 years navigating the blood-slicked floors of global finance, I’ve learned that the "beating hearts" of New York, Miami, and Los Angeles don't beat for the weak. I don’t just manage money; I manage the survival of empires.
My pedigree was forged in the "old world" of institutional violence: the trading pits of Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) and the high-stakes derivatives desks of Refco under Phil Bennett and Peregrine Financial Group with Russell Wasendorf. As a Futures and Options trader, I mastered defined risk exposure—the clinical art of pricing chaos. I moved through GE Capital, mastering the cold mechanics of Consumer Credit and POS distribution, before stepping into the Red Zone.
The transition was inevitable. I went to the intersection of Wall and Pearl Street, joining the ranks of Yellowstone. Much like the ranch that shares the name, we operated on a simple truth: protect the asset at any cost. In that world, I honed the raw instincts required to salvage businesses when the vultures were already circling.
Today, I operate a private desk for those who have run out of options. I treat business funding as a specialized trade, transforming Merchant Cash Advances (MCA), Factoring, and International Invoice Financing into custom derivatives. I don't just provide liquidity; I manipulate and re-engineer the capital stack to ensure the core entity survives the winter.
Tactical Capabilities:
Supply-Chain & Receivables Financing: Keeping the lines of trade open when the traditional banks retreat.
Secured Lending & Revolving Credit: Building the fences around your operations through asset-backed structures.
Capital Stack Manipulation: Re-ordering the hierarchy of debt to protect the "ranch" from the intruders.
The Strategic Circle: Deeply rooted in the Irvine/Orange County corridor with a network of shooters including Matthew Bowyer, Jason Richie, Mickey Dhillon, and Dana Smith.
From the trading pits of Kansas City and Cork, Ireland, to the power centers of Miami and LA, I am the navigator for those facing high-stakes requirements. My philosophy is written in the dirt: relationships build the deal, but trust is the only thing that closes the gate.
